You are responsible for anyone working on your behalf, when a user has opt-out, but still receives email it is still your responsibility. So when you hire that service from off-shore to send emails on your behalf - guess who's going to pay? You or Them? And the fines that can come with breaking these rules? Try $11,000 for each violation. | ||
